Return to: Barberton History Through Postcards
Built at a cost of $75,000, the Barberton Inn was one of two large hotels built in the early days of Barberton, the other being ‘The National’. The Inn was the crown jewel, having 50 sleeping rooms and 25 special rooms.
It was within the walls of the beautiful Barberton Inn that many of Barberton’s Industrialists and Entrepreneurs shook hands and signed deals worth millions. Barberton’s success rested in the hands of the men who visited the Inn.
